"I have worked with Anna and her team at State Farm for about 5 years now, and words cannot express the outstanding customer service I have experienced throughout this time period. Anna always responds to me both promptly and directly whenever I have a question or issue. She is so personable and clearly wants the best for her clients. I unfortunately hit a deer just a few days ago, and it had been awhile since I had been in contact with Anna. I emailed her about the incident (which happened over the weekend), and just as usual, Anna responded first thing Monday morning with the information I needed. I also received a call not too long afterwards from Megan, who I also have worked with from Anna’s office, who is both super sweet and subject matter expert in the insurance realm. Megan wanted to make sure I was aware of what my policy covered as well as how the claims process worked, if I were to submit one. It felt above and beyond, as I received advice that was in my best interest as a customer. Anna also referred me to an auto body shop (Gallo-Miller), to which I received just as excellent customer service as I do with Anna and her team at State Farm. The person I worked with there, Cory, knew Anna, and part of our conversation described how insurance agents these days can seem impersonal due to available technology and how rare it is to find ones that actually spend time with their clients to fully understand their needs. Anna is clearly one that does and is a rarity. So, Anna, thank you for all that you do (for me, and all of your clients) and most importantly, thank you for helping us to feel comfortable with the decisions we make regarding insurance/policies. You are an absolute rock star, and I look forward to continuing to work with you and your amazing team!"

"I worked in the auto industry and had cheap and admittedly not so good insurance most of my adult life. My significant other started a new career with Anna and I ended up switching my business to State Farm. It went so well I also switched my career as well. I can’t recommend Anna enough! I’ve fully switched to State Farm and have absolutely no regrets!"

"We got a 6-month quote and accepted this quote after fully disclosing everything negative about our driving history (ONE citation in half a decade, got busted doing ELEVEN over on the interstate). Furthermore, a simple public records-pull & they can see everything as well; we had absolutely nothing to hide. Then fast-forward to today (a few weeks later), we just received a Cancellation Letter. We called our agent Anna Schappaugh & she told us that our original quote was no-good because an ex-employee somehow missed putting the citation in the system. Betcha money, I promise they said he actually got PROMOTED to being an agent (I think she said his name was Tony)! So now, State Farm wants an extra three-digits a month for insurance for ONE citation TWO YEARS ago!! Talk about a total BAIT-AND-SWITCH!! Whatever happened to verbal contracts, idk. WE WERE HONEST!!! Would recommend staying away until they make it right!! Let's paint a picture: you'll shop around & probably find a better price with State Farm and then AFTER you've cancelled your previous insurance, State Farm underwriting sends you a Cancellation Letter two weeks into your new policy unless you pay MORE MONEY into their unfair business practice. Anna said the only thing this review does is possibly damage her small business image. But uhhh.. the "small business" is linked to the bigger business and between the two of them, we consumers received the short end of this unfair business practice. It's going to cost us hundreds of dollars to switch insurance carriers AGAIN. They got us good; hook, line, & sinker! ...and if this is an example of being "like a good neighbor"......"
